Captcha page latency increased

Resolved We detected an increase of the detection false positive rate for 13 minutes resulting in a captcha display peak. During this period, the captcha page latency increased and some dashboard users may have experienced troubles to login. Since 16:28 PM captcha display is back to normal.

Slow Captcha display.

Resolved We detected an increase of the detection false positive rate for 7 minutes resulting in a captcha display peak. During this period, the captcha page latency increased as well and some captcha pages resulted in a timeout. Since 15:23 PM captcha display is back to normal.

French regional Endpoint - network issue

Resolved The French regional Endpoint had some network issues twice for about 2 minutes at 11h21 and 11h27 . We are digging with our hosting provider for the root cause but it seems related to a backbone issue reported here: https://status.scaleway.com/. All our systems are back now.
