The issue has now been fully resolved. Performance in all regions, including Asia-Pacific, has returned to normal.

Update

We are still observing some punctual timeouts and increased latency in some US regions, and in Germany and France regions. Our team is still investigating the issue and is actively working on a solution to ensure stable performance.

Investigating

Customers may have experienced some punctual performance degradation from 21:19 to 01:00 UTC during the night of 09/09 in several regions. Additionally, the Asia-Pacific region experienced performance issues from 04:23 to 05:02 UTC. Performance is back to normal since 05:00 UTC, and our team is investigating the issue.
