Issue has been mitigated. Customers may have experienced an elevated timeouts rate between 07:45 UTC and 07:50 UTC and between 8:24 UTC and 9:42 UTC.

Investigating

Some customers may experience timeouts on Account Protect POPs since 07:45 UTC. Bot Protect POPs are not impacted. The issue is under investigation.

Dashboard Statistics availabililty

Missing statistics between 20:20 UTC and 21h05 UTC are being ingested and should be available in the dashboard in the next hours.

Some customers can experience delay on statistics displayed on the Dashboard between 20:20 UTC and 21h05 UTC. The protection is operational but some delay can be experienced when applying new custom rules.
